We specialise in managing complex construction projects, with particular expertise in hotel developments and renovations, large-scale commercial projects, and internationally regulated environments. Planning Consultancy

Redline Consultancy Fiji is the only company in Fiji providing dedicated project planning and scheduling services using Oracle Primavera P6.
Our team has extensive, real-world scheduling experience across a wide range of project-driven industries, with in-depth expertise in Primavera P6 Professional. We support construction and hotel renovation projects in Fiji from the early planning stage, transforming project scope and available data into structured Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), WBS Dictionaries, and carefully developed Primavera P6 schedules.
Our Primavera P6 schedulers deliver end-to-end planning services, including schedule development, progress tracking, schedule maintenance, and the preparation of standard and customised reports using Oracle Primavera P6. This structured planning approach enables our clients to complete projects on time and within budget.
